Learn about our resources!

As we gain more financial support, our resources will continue to grow! We have big plans for future resources and services, but here is a short list of where we are starting!

  • Apply for one time bill pay assistance, ongoing bill pay assistance or inquire to learn more about your health insurance and how and where it works! We want to set you up for ongoing success and remove any financial barriers to care. Please do not let money be what keeps you from healing!

  • At this time you can find fantastic articles in our blog from a wide variety of authors. We will be launching college town specific pages in the coming weeks in addition to podcasts, playlists and more.

  • We can come to you! Request to hire one of our experts to come talk about a wide variety of topics from resting well to social media habits or how to support a student with anxiety or depression. Your audience will leave with tools, worksheets and skills that will better their mental health lives. We can speak to your students, teacher or parents. We are accessible to you!
